The Municipality of Chatine held an honorary ceremony for Dr. Rabih El Chaer, who was recently appointed as Lebanon's ambassador to Paris.

The gathering began with a blessing from His Excellency Bishop Antoine Tarabay.

The celebration included a speech by the Mayor, Attorney Walid Younes, expressing the pride of the people of Chatine and Tannourine in the honored ambassador.

Then came the family's speech delivered by Attorney Waddah El Chaer, followed by the head of the Zajal Poets Syndicate, Bassam Harb, and finally a heartfelt speech by Ambassador El Chaer, in which he thanked the municipality, dedicated the occasion to his parents, pledged to work for the benefit of Lebanon, and expressed his gratitude to Chatine.
